Detector for the measurement of the temporal intensity course and the radiant power of pulse lasers and pulse LEDs. In conjunction with the optometers P-9710-2 and P-9710-4 and a fast oscilloscope, the absolute peak performance of pulse lasers and pulse LEDs can be determined.
The BTS2048-IR is the latest addition to Gigahertz Optik’s proven family of high performance, compact array spectroradiometers. It incorporates a TE-cooled extended InGaAs array detector covering the spectral range from 950 nm to 2150 nm with 9nm optical resolution.
The device is fitted with cosine corrected field of view, electronic shutter, filter wheel and OD filters. It offers absolute radiometric measurements over a very wide dynamic range of more than 8 magnitudes. As with all BTS2048 Series spectrometers, the BTS2048-IR also integrates an independent broadband photodetector further extending measurement capabilities with regard to speed, triggering and dynamic range.
One essential quality feature of radiometric devices is their precise and traceable calibration. The BTS2048-IR is calibrated in Gigahertz-Optik’s ISO 17025 calibration laboratory (DAkkS accredited, D-K-15047-01-00).
The newly developed LCR-20 is especially designed for the convenient in-situ measurement of UVC reflection properties. This is an important parameter of walls and ceilings when designing and evaluating upper room germicidal UV installations, for example. This handheld device is simply placed on the surface to be measured.
The integrated UV LED based light source is tracked by a reference sensor and corrected dynamically. This allows freehand measurements in the field since all influences to the light source such as temperature and device orientation are corrected. The sensors are connected to the versatile X1 optometer which directly displays the % reflectance.
The germicidal efficacy and photobiological hazard of low-pressure Hg lamp systems can be assessed with an additional UV-3725 detector connected to the X1. For all UVC LEDs and far-UV based systems, such as 222 nm excimer lamps, the UV-3727 detector is ideal.
With the new SphereSpectro 150H spectrophotometer system, Gigahertz-Optik offers a unique solution for comprehensively analysing scattering samples. It simultaneously discriminates and quantifies both the spectral absorption and the scattering coefficients of scattering samples with a single, fast measurement.
The SphereSpectro 150H incorporates an innovative integrating sphere configuration that combines reflectance and transmittance measurements. From these two quantities, the absorption coefficient and the effective scattering coefficient are calculated based on the radiative transfer equation.
A convenient and large sample holder accommodates both liquid and solid (i.e. turbid and translucent) samples. Different versions are available for the UV, VIS and IR spectral ranges from 200 nm to 2150 nm.
