About us

The GIC German Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as "GIC") was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Dusseldorf.
GIC is the expert of Sino-German cooperation in micro and nanotechnology, covering chip and micro-nano device and measurement, optical and Electron Beam Lithography (EBL), surface structure growth and etching, dielectric property measurement, surface cleaning technology, Nano-Imprint Lithography (NIL) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD). GIC works with its domestic partner German Tech and German partners like Raith, Eulitha, Novocontrol, Alpha Plasma. GIC is also supporting its partners in sub- and single-nanotechnology fabrication and characterization laboratories in China.
GIC is the founding member of the German-Chinese Industry 4.0 Association in Germany and the Committee of Micro and Nano Manufacturing Technology. Numerous micro and nano enterprises were set up, such as Parcan Nano Technology, Shanghai Picofine Technology , Shenzhen Temicon Nano Technology.

Product 1: PHABLE Nano UV/DUV lithography system is a preeminent solution for increasing performance and efficiency of photonic devices through innovative nano-lithography technologies. The technology is aim to exposure nano or submicron pattern (Linear grating, Square lattice, Hexagonal lattice).

Product 2: Allresist is a high-tech Germany company, which develops, produces and distributes resists for optical and electron beam lithography, as well as respective process chemicals associated with these resists for the fabrication of electronic components.

Product 3: Microwave plasma system is used to remove photoresist in micro-nano fabrication technology. After lithography or other processes, the photoresist needs to be removed. In most cases, physical damage is not allowed for the subsequent process. Microwave plasma system can effectively remove organic pollutants and photoresists without physical damage to the substrate.
PHABLE Nano UV/DUV lithography system

PHABLE Nano UV/DUV lithography system helps you to print high resolution periodic structures in a low-cost photolithography system. A photoresist coated wafer is put in proximity to a mask and exposed by a beam of UV/DUV light without diffraction limitation in the resolution. In the 'PHABLE' mode, sub-micron linear gratings and 2D patterns such as hexagonal and square lattices are printed with high uniformity and quality. In the 'mask aligner' mode, micron scale features can be printed easily.

Allresist Photoresist & E-Beam Resist

Allresist is a high-tech Germany company, which develops, produces and distributes resists for optical and electron beam lithography, as well as respective process chemicals associated with these resists for the fabrication of electronic components. Our unique selling points are resist developments upon customer demands. Based on our high level of know-how and great flexibility, we are able to specifically produce technology-adapted resists cost-effectively within a short time.

Microwave Plasma System

Alpha Plasma develops and produces high-quality plasma systems for surface activation, cleaning, and coating to the semiconductor industries. We specialized in providing low-pressure Advanced Microwave Plasma Technologies to both the wafer fabrication and chip packaging industries. We also provide dedicated systems for precise surface treatment and plasma polymerization to change surfaces from hydrophobic to hydrophilic and vice versa in other industries.
